Second Valley Cottage Creative Retreats
Escape to Second Valley and take some time out to share the unique experience of our creative retreat with friends and family. Unleash your creativity while staying at our historic Second Valley Cottages and participating in one or more of our creative workshops facilitated by a local artist. Not only will you learn a new skill, but you’ll create something that will remind you of both your friends and the time you shared making it. Grazing platters and other meal options can be arranged.
Your cottage accommodation includes exclusive access to all five cottage rooms and common spaces around the cottages. Cottage rooms can be configured as a single or double room. Split bedding is not available as the cottage rooms consist of only one queen size bed, however other accommodation options are available in the Lodge on the same property if required.
Second Valley Cottages include all linens, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Each room has a Queen size bed, Coffee Machine with Urban Brew Coffee Pods, a selection of hand blended teas and other extras. No alcohol is available for purchase on site, if you wish to BYO you are welcome to do so.
One nights Accommodation in Second Valley Cottages with continental breakfast Five Cottage Rooms $1200 (5 to 10 people).

Craft Workshops – $95 per person, starting at 2.00pm
Choose from:
- Kodedama Ball making (2-3 hours)
- Raffia Mat making (2-3 hours)
- Macrame (2-3 hours)
- Pottery (3-4 hours, 1.00pm start)
- Nuno Felted Scarf Making (3-4 hours, 1.00pm start)
Catering
- A continental breakfast and morning or afternoon tea is included.
- Grazing Board dinner at $50 per person.
- External dinner options are available in the surrounding areas and taxi can be pre-booked.

Terms & Conditions
- Minimum guests required is 5, maximum 10, with arrangements available for additional numbers.
- Bookings need to be made at least two weeks in advance.
- A deposit calculated on 25% of the accommodation is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- The full amount including accommodation, food and workshops is due 7 days prior to arrival.
- Full amount is refundable with 14 days notice of cancellation.
- A cancellation fee equal to the deposit will be charged for cancellations between 14 to 7 days prior to arrival.
- A cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation amount will be charged for cancellations within 7 days.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will charged the full balance including accommodation, food and workshops.
- The full price must be paid if numbers drop below 5.
- Dietary requirements must be notified 7 days prior.
- Booking is for sole use of the 5 cottages.Our
